The Nurses developed measures to counter these cannibals, knocking them out with sticks and throwing them in cells. These monsters, dubbed 'cannibals' by the patients and islanders, would go on to create chaos and kill as many people as possible. People entering the area received hallucinations and transformed into monsters at night. Soon, it became clear that something was off about the sanatorium. They also enlisted the help of a gay pirate named Jack, who delivered people to the island where the sanatorium stands and regularly delivered seafood such as jellyfish and seafood.
